Very clean! The owners are gentle.
Very far from de center of the city. As I was travelling with a child, this was a problem.

We can recommend Hosteria Ailen to all those who are looking for a budget accommodation, whilst they do not want to stay in a hostel (like us). The location is by far not central, but you can easily take a bus which stops just in front of the house (ars 5.50 for two), although it takes up to 30 min to get to the center. Alternatively, you can take a taxi, which is ars 25-30. The non-central location is however completely compensated by Antonio, the owner of Ailen, and his hospitality and friendliness. He greatly advised and helped us to arrange all trips and program in Ushuaia and we felt very welcome during all of our stay.
